The Industrial Free Zone within GIFP provides national and international investors an excellent location for their investments and businesses on the border with the European Union, in a low cost environment, with tri-modal transport infrastructure and a unique tax and customs framework.
 
Danube Logistics offers potential investors the opportunity to set up their businesses within the Industrial Free Zone by leasing to investors land and/or offices. In addition, Danube Logistics offers potential investors associated services ranging from logistics to various support and administrative services.
 
The framework conditions for investors in GIFP are outlined in the Law on Establishing of GIFP. In case any new legislative act or amendments to the Law on Establishing of GIFP are adopted, that worsen the conditions of operation for the Residents, including customs and tax regimes, until February 17th 2030, the Residents, registered prior to the effective date of such acts or amendments, shall be entitled to apply the provisions of the Law on Establishing of GIFP in effect on the date preceding the effective date of such act or amendment.
