The Master Plan forms the basis and the guideline for the further planning as well as for the development of the non-oil cargo related area of the future "Giurgiulesti International Free Port".

The area will be divided in 4 different functional areas:
  1. Oil Terminal
  2. Dry Cargo-Terminal and Storage
  3. Industrial Free Zone
  4. Administration Centre
